December 2025 Commander’s Message
Fellow Post 440 members,
Welcome to December. Yes! December! Where does the time go?
This month brings some exciting things for the Post. In addition to the holiday season, we have two upcoming events that are not to be missed! Dec 13th is our Army/Navy Game and Dec 16th is our Post holiday dinner. Please get the word out about our Army/Navy event as this is intended to be a fundraiser for the Post. This was a great time last year and promises to be even better this year. We have a trophy for the best tailgate tent outside as well as the game inside on the big screen and on the new TV’s in the basement if we need the room.
February, Rob Boysen, is looking at arranging a trip to visit the Battleship New Jersey in Camden. Keep your eyes open for upcoming details on this. If interested let Rob know at patriot1949@protonmail.com.
Another item of note, I’ve setup a qr code on the bulletin board in the Post basement. If you scan it with your phone you can send anonymous feedback in the form of an electronic suggestion box. Please let me know if you have any great ideas or feedback.
